  1. Take 3 Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
  2. Make ready 4 Shisho Leaves
  3. Prepare 2 portions spaghetti (cooked)
  4. Take 3 tbs butter
  5. Get 1 1/2 tbs miso
  6. Get 1 tsp honey
  7. Take 1/4 tbs white pepper
  8. Make ready 4 tbs shiitake soaking water

Instructions to make Miso Butter Spaghetti with Shiso & Shiitake:
  1. Soak shiitake in warm water for 4 hours at least.
  2. Melt the butter then add miso, mushroom soaking water, honey and pepper then mix to form a watery paste
  3. Squeeze out water from shiitake then slice.
  4. Sautee shiitake 5 minutes. Add spaghetti and the sauce we made.
  5. Sautee in the pan and mix with tongs for one minute.
  6. Add finely julienned shiso leaves at the last minute. Remove from heat and serve!
