  3. Prepare 1 small can Canned tuna
  4. Get 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  5. Get 1/2 tsp Umeboshi paste
  6. Take 3 drops Soy sauce
  7. Get 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions to make Umeboshi-Flavored Okra with Tuna Mayonnaise Dressing:
  1. Rub the okra with salt to remove the bristles on the surface. Trim off the stem and boil the okra in water for about 1 minute. Cool in cold water.
  2. Drain the okra and cut diagonally into roughly 3 parts.
  3. Drain the oil from the tuna. Mix the tuna together with the mayonnaise, umeboshi paste, soy sauce and sesame seeds.
  4. Add the okra to the mixture from Step 3 and it's ready.
