  1. Take 1/2 cup frozen sweet Peas
  2. Take 1/3 cup Bonito flakes
  3. Take 10 ounces canned tuna
  4. Prepare 2 cup egg noodles
  5. Make ready 3 large eggs
  6. Make ready As needed water to boil pasta
  7. Make ready 1 teaspoon salt
  8. Prepare 2 tablespoons chopped parsley flakes
  9. Prepare 1-1/2 teaspoon dill weed also to garnish
  10. Get 1 teaspoon ground Hungarian paprika also to garnish
  11. Take 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Steps to make Bonito Salad:
  1. Boil the pasta and Bonito flakes. Give the noodles a head start adding the Bonito flakes after the pasta has boiled 3 minutes.
  2. Boil the eggs 10 minutes boiling.
  3. Drain the tuna fish and add to a mixing bowl.
  4. Drain the pasta and add to the tuna. Be careful not to drain out the re-hydrated Bonito flakes.
  5. Add the mayonnaise, spices, herbs, and sweet peas mix well.
  6. Peel and chop the eggs then add to tuna mixture.
