  2. Prepare 1 Cucumber
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp Vinegar
  4. Get 1 tsp Sugar
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
  6. Make ready 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  7. Get 2 tbsp Toasted white sesame seeds

Instructions to make Chinese Salad with Kiriboshi Daikon:
  1. Rehydrate the kiriboshi daikon in lots of water. Drain and squeeze out the water well, and cut into easy-to-eat pieces. Grind 1 tablespoon of the toasted sesame seeds, and use the rest whole.
