  3. Prepare 4 slice Sliced cheese
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp Katakuriko
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp Yukari (dried red-shiso furikake) (optional)

  1. Slit open the chikuwa.
  2. Cut the sliced cheese in half and stack it together.
  3. Spread out the chikuwa, and place the shiso leaf and cheese inside.
  4. Roll it up from the end.
  5. Secure it with a toothpick.
