  1. Take a bowl add sabudana and wash it.then add the water and cover the plate. Rest it 4 hours. To check if sabudana is ready to cook, press a pearl between your thumb and index finger. It should smash easily. Set it aside
  2. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds, green chilli and let them sizzle for few seconds.
  3. Add the raw peanuts and for another 2-3 minutes.

  5. Then add sabudana and mix it well properly and cook for 2 min.
