The ingredients needed to make Sago(Sabudana) Usal:
  1. Take 1 potato boiled and sliced
  2. Take 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  3. Get 1 green chilli
  4. Get 1 cup sago(soaked)
  5. Get 1/2 cup roasted groundnut powder
  6. Get to taste Rock salt
  7. Take 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp Oil
  9. Get For garnishing Chopped apple slices and pomegranate seeds
  10. Get 1 tbsp sugar
  11. Get 1 tbsp curd

Steps to make Sago(Sabudana) Usal:
  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add cumin seeds, green chilli
  3. Cook for a minute
  4. Add rock salt, red chilli powder (optional) and mix well
  5. Add chopped potato, sago and groundnut powder and curd mix well
  6. Add sugar
  7. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and apple slices and serve hot.
