Instructions to make Cinammon cupcakes:
  1. Preheat oven at 180°c
  2. Place cupcakes cases into a 12 hole baking tin
  3. Cream together butter and sugar in a bowl
  4. Beat egg in a separate bowl and add into the mixture
  5. Add vanilla essence and continue beating the batter
  6. Add flour mixture(flour, baking powder& cinammon powder) little by little to the batter. Remember to sieve them. Fold in the mixture as you add milk bit by bit to make a falling consistency.
  7. Pour the batter into the cupcakes cases in the baking tin and bake for 20-30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven. Let them cool. Enjoy with your favorite beverage. I brushed some cinammon syrup at the top of the cupcakes to make them savory.!!
