  1. In a bowl,pour melted butter,yeast,warm milk,salt and egg and mix well
  2. Add the flour bit by bit n knead to a very soft dough…add milk if the dough is not soft
  3. Cover and let it rise,meanwhile mix cinnamon,sugar and chocolate shavings
  4. Add flour and roll the dough to flat but not sticky(••a flat dough will result to many rolls••)
  5. Brush the dough with butter and sprinkle the cinnamon mixture all over.
  6. Roll the dough horizontally,make sure to make tight rolls(will resemble a log) n cut them into small pieces about 8-10
  7. Grease the pan n bake at 180 for 35-40 min…light brown color
  8. Pour the chocolate glaze and enjoyy
