Steps to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. Measure out the milk,butter,salt,sugar and yeast in a bowl and mix well
  2. Add the flour and mix till it's incorporated then transfer to a surface and knead for about 4 minutes. The dough will be sticky but do not add flour continue kneading it will become smooth.
  3. Cover the dough with a bowl for about 5 minutes and prepare the filling.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon the set aside. Grease the baking tray
