  1. Get 4 cups flour
  2. Take 2 tspn of yeast
  3. Take 1/4 cup suger
  4. Take 1/4 cup butter melted
  5. Make ready 3/4 cup milk
  6. Prepare 1 cup water
  7. Get 1 egg
  8. Get 1/4 tsp vanilla
  9. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  10. Get 1/4 cup melted butter to brush the buns for filling

Steps to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. Activate your yeast in quarter warm cup of milk and allow it for 5 minutes
  2. Mix flour, sugar, salt in a bowl
  3. Add the melted butter, milk, egg, water, vanilla and yeast and mix
  4. Knead for 10 to 15 minutes to get a smooth dough. Then cover and allow it to rise for 1 hour, until doubled in size
  5. After rising the dough, roll the dough into a long rectangle about 20 by 9 inches
  6. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl use a spoon to spread the melted butter on the dough avoiding the edges and sprinkle cinnamon sugar
  7. Roll up into a mat and pinch the edges and place the seam side down
  8. Use a sharp knife to cut out about 2 inches thickness
