  7. Take 2 tsp Instant yeast
  8. Make ready 1 tbs Melted butter
  9. Take 1/4 cup Vegetable oil

Steps to make Cinnamon Rolls:
  1. Sift all dry ingredients
  2. Add butter and oil to the flour mixture using a wooden spoon
  3. Add milk gradually to form a soft dough
  4. Knead dough until smooth, 7-10 minutes by hand
  5. Cover dough and leave to rise in a warm place, 1- 1½ hrs
  6. Mix all filling ingredients and set aside in a cool place
  7. Mix Icing ingredients and keep in a cool place
