  1. Cut paneer pieces into desired shapes. I have given emoji shapes and coloured them by dipping in orange, yellow and green food colours.
  2. Now heat a pan and add oil. put cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, Cinnamon stick. After this add red chilies and roughly cut onions. let onions become little transparent.
  3. Now add chopped tomatoes. once it gets mushy add Cashew nuts. Add little water and let it be mixed well while covering the pan. Now switch off the gas. allow them to cool.
  4. Now grind this into a fine paste. Again heat oil and add ginger garlic paste. when raw smell gone add kasmiri chili powder with few drops of water. Then add the onion tomato paste. cook till oil separates. add water for gravy as per need. Add salt. put Paneer. cook for sometime then it is done.
