  1. Get 1 cup maida
  2. Get 3/4 tsp baking powder
  3. Make ready 1/4 tsp tap baking soda
  4. Take 1/4 cup milk
  5. Prepare 1 tsp vinegar
  6. Get 2 1/2tsp . melted butter
  7. Get To taste salt
  8. Prepare Filling
  9. Get 2 tsp brown sugar
  10. Make ready 2 tsp butter
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Steps to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. Take a bowl and add maida, baking powder, backing soda and salt.mix well.. keep a side.
  2. Take another bowl add milk and vinegar and let it rest for 10mins.
  3. To the flour add milk with vinegar and melted butter..and make soft dough.
  4. Filling:In a bowl add brown sugar, butter and cinnamon powder make paste.
  5. In a pan add salt and add a plate which should be 1/2 high and cover to pre heat for 12 mins on low flame.
  6. Meanwhile on the counter make a dough and rolling make a rectangular shape.
  7. Spread the cinnamon paste eqully all around the smoothly.
  8. Fold and make divisions.
  9. Make moulds.put the moulds on a plate and put it on the pre heat..
  10. The time to take the cinnamon rolls would be 20 to 25mins in slow medium.
  11. Brush with melted butter and serve.and enjoy….
