The ingredients needed to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. Make ready 3/4 cup wheat flour
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  3. Take 3/4 sp baking powder
  4. Make ready 1/4 sp baking soda
  5. Get 2 sp sugar
  6. Make ready 2 sp brown sugar
  7. Prepare 1 sp cinnamon powder
  8. Make ready 5 sp butter
  9. Prepare 1/2 sp salt
  10. Take 1/2 cup milk
  11. Get 1 sp vinegar

Instructions to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. In 1/2cup milk add vinegar and keep aside for 5min.in mixing bowl add wheat flour, all-purpose flour,sugar,salt,2sp melted butter/ghee mix it up well then add vinegar milk mix and knead soft dough keep covered for 15min.
  2. In a bowl add 2sp brown sugar,butter1,1/2sp, cinnamon powder and mix it well.
  3. Take dough knead to smooth soft dough then roll in rectangular shape spread butter cinnamon mix evenly and fold till half then overlap the other half(see pic).
  4. Cut into equal pieces and give braided shaped,heart shaped or any other shape of ur choice.
  5. Pre heat kadai (10min)with stand and layer of salt and plate keep the rolls and bake for 25,30min.take out drizzle some sugar powder and serve.
