The ingredients needed to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. Prepare 1 cup+ 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  2. Prepare 3/4 tsp Baking powder
  3. Get 1/4 tsp Baking soda
  4. Get 2 tbsp Sugar
  5. Make ready 1/4 tsp Salt
  6. Get 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp Milk + 1 tsp Vinegar OR Curd (as required)
  7. Prepare 2.5 tbsp Butter
  8. Prepare For FILLING,
  9. Take 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  10. Get 2 tbsp Butter
  11. Make ready 1/2-1 tsp Cinnamon powder
  12. Prepare For GLAZE,
  13. Take 1/2 cup Icing sugar
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp Milk

Instructions to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. In a large bowl, All-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt and butter. Gradually add the curd and knead a soft dough; let rest for 10 minutes.
  2. To make FILLING, - Combine brown sugar, butter, cinnamon powder, and mix well. Keep it aside.
  3. Take old kadhai, take about 1/2 kg salt in it. Place metal ring in the center and put steel plate above it. Cover it and preheat on a high flame for about 15 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough into 5 mm thick rectangle, spread filling evenly and give it a book fold. Roll again so that rolls don’t open up while baking.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and give it desired shape. Put rolls in muffin moulds.
  6. Once kadai is preheated enough, bake cinnamon rolls(3-4 at a time) for about 18 minutes. Repeat the process for rest.
