  1. Mix milk,yeast,sugar and egg in a bowl, nd whisk.
  2. Add flour in the mixture, mix and make a dough. Cover and keep in a warm place and let it rise.Knead and have a smooth dough.
  3. Dust a flat surface put the dough,and spread out using rolling pin,spread some butter on top. Mix sugar n cinnamon pour on the top.
  4. Roll it tightly and cut.
  5. Put on a baking tray(Spread some butter on d tray),cover and let it rise again.Brush with butter n bake for 15-20mins at medium heat
