  1. Prepare 1 kg Self Raising flour
  2. Prepare Sugar
  3. Get Blueband
  4. Take Cinnamon
  5. Get Eggs
  6. Make ready Warm water or milk

Mandazi (also known as Maandazi or Ndao and sometimes called Mahamri or Mamri) are East African donuts. Easy Mandazi- East African Beignet made easier and quicker with self-rising flour or baking powder. One of the things that excites me about these Mandazi is the concept of adding freshly grated. Steps to make Cinnamon Mandazi:
  1. In a bowl put flour and add 2 tbs blue band
  2. Rub in till well mixed
  3. Add sugar and cinammon and mix
  4. Beat eggs in separate bowl and add to flour mixture
  5. Add warm milk and knead.
  6. Let it rest for hour the roll out and cut into desired shape and size
  7. Deep fry in moderately hot oil
  8. Let them cool and serve with favorite beverage.
