  1. Take 1 cup warm milk
  2. Make ready 3 cups flour
  3. Make ready 2 1/4 tbsp active yeast
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions to make Cinnamon rolls:
  1. Mix milk warm milk, sugar yeast and melted butter let sit for 5 minutes
  2. Mix dry ingredients, flour, sugar and salt to the wet ingredients. Mix and make a soft dough. Allow dough to sit for 45 minutes or until double its size
  3. Spread the dough (it should be soft please) spread some butter, spread sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Now roll from the wider side, cut into equal pieces, place on a buttered pan or baking dish, let it rise for some minutes. Then place in a preheated oven (not really high temperature❌) and bake😀
