  1. Prepare 1 chicken breasts
  2. Make ready 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  3. Prepare 3 chilies, chopped
  4. Make ready 3 clove garlic, chopped
  5. Prepare 1 olive oil
  6. Prepare salt
  7. Make ready 1 tsp ground cloves
  8. Get 1 lemon juice
  9. Get tsp thyme
  10. Prepare cup parsley
  11. Prepare 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions to make Spicy Chicken Breast:
  1. Flatten and half the chicken breast in two parts
  2. Score the chicken
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped chilies, garlic, ground cloves and cinnamon, pepper, salt, parsley and thyme. Add lemon juice and drizzle with olive oil. Mix the spice mix.
  4. Rub the spices over the chicken breasts on both sides and keep in the fridge for 3-4 hrs
  5. In a pan, heat olive oil and brown the chicken breasts for about 5-10 mins
  6. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir.
  7. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 20 mins. (Shreds of butter can be added on top of the chicken breasts before putting in the oven, to avoid drying of the chicken breasts.)
  8. Plate, garnish with parsley and serve.
