  2. Sath hi is mein kali mirch, zeera, long,
  3. Bari Elaichi or darcheeni dal ke 5-6 mint take achi tarhan bhunnen
  4. 5-6 mint bunneny ke bad is mn green chilli ka paste, pisi hue lal mirch,
  5. Pisa hua dhaniya, haldi or namak dalen
  6. Sath hi dahe b dal ke achy se mix karen
  7. Or 1/2 cup pani dal ke achi tarhan bhunnen
  8. Jab Masalah achy se bhunn jaey to is mein lobia dalen (Lobiey ko taqreeban 1 hr take bhigoen phir pakaen) or 1/2 glass pani dalen,
  9. Phir mix kar ke 10-15 min medium flame pe pakaen ta ke lobia gal jaey
  10. 15 mint bad dhakkan khol lein, or check karen ke lobia gala ke nh, ager lobia gal jaey to us mn fry kia hua chicken shamil karen, (Chicken ko ap ne takreban 4-5 mint take fry karna hy),

  12. Jab ye achi tarhan bhunn jaey to is mn pani dalen, jitna ap ne shorba banana hy, phir ubal ane take pakaen or jab ubal a jaey to 2-3 mint dam pe rakh dein,
  13. Phir is ko dish out karen or is ko green chilli, adrak or hare dhaney se garnish karen,
