The ingredients needed to make Lobia Chicken:
  1. Make ready 1-250 gms lobia
  2. Take 2-500 gms Chicken with bones
  3. Prepare 3-1 big onion
  4. Prepare 4-1 cup tomato purée
  5. Prepare 5-1 tsp salt
  6. Take 6-1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Make ready 7-1/2 tsp haldi
  8. Take 8-1/2 tsp Black pepper
  9. Make ready 9-1 tsp zeera
  10. Make ready 10-5 green chillies
  11. Make ready 11-2 tbsp khalis ghee for tarka
  12. Get 12-1/2 cup oil
  13. Prepare 13-1 tbsp Ginger and Garlic paste
  14. Prepare 14-1/2 cup Yogurt

Instructions to make Lobia Chicken:
  1. Wash and soak lobia for an hour.
  2. Take oil in a pot and add chopped onions.
  3. Fry onion golden brown and add ginger and garlic paste
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and yogurt. Make a paste of the masalah.
  5. Take 2 tbsp oil and sauté chicken till it’s colour change sprinkle little black pepper on it.
  6. Add tomatoes and yogurt paste in chicken and cook till chicken is completely tendered and oil comes outbof masala.
  7. Take water in a pot, when it comes to boil add lobia and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
  8. You’ll see some dirty water then discard that water and again add water, let it boil, now add lobia.
  9. Cook lobia till it completely tendered.
  10. Add lobia in chicken. Add green chilli.cook on low flame till desired consistency.
  11. Take khalis ghee in a pan add zeera and black pepper. Give tarka to lobia.
  12. Enjoy with paratha.
