  2. Get 500 grm, mince (mutton)
  3. Prepare 3 ,tomatoes
  4. Make ready 3 ,onions (medium)
  5. Take 1/2 cup, garlic
  6. Take Salt, as taste
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp, red chilli powder
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp, chilli flacks
  9. Take 1 tbsp, cumin
  10. Take 1/4 tesp, tarmaric powder
  11. Make ready 1 cup, oil
  12. Prepare 1 litter, water

Instructions to make Lobia qeema (white beans):
  1. Take a pot, add mince, garlic, onions, tomatoes salt, red chilli powder, chilli flacks, cumin, tarmaric powder and water. Cook on medium high heat until mince tender.
  2. Add oil and cook until water drained.
  3. Now add water and soaked white beans. (soak beans for 1 hour then squeeze water.)
  4. Cook on medium high heat until beans cooked. Then sprinkle black pepper.
  5. Lobia qeema (white beans with mince) ready to serve. Serve with tandoori roti.
