  1. Soak the chawla/ lobia overnight or for a few hours in enough water. Drain and rinse the chawla with water. Now boil it in cooker.
  2. Now grate Onions and tomatoes as per the requirement

  4. Now add 2 tbsp of oil then add jeera, cloves,ginger garlic paste and onion.

  7. Now add boiled chawla to the gravy and add water as required. At last when it comes to boil then add garam masala.
