  1. Lobia lo over night soak kar ke boil kar lein thora pani rahny dein
  2. Phir aik pan main oil garamker ke sabit zeera dal kar thora soty kar ke onion dal kar thora clour change hony tak soty karein ginger garlic paist dal kar thora soty kar lein
  3. Phir garammasala powder ke ilawa baki ke dry ingredients dal kar tomato or green chilli dal kar tomato galny tak bhon lein
  4. Phir lobia or lobia ka pani dal dein yougart bhi shamil kar ke mix kar lein phir cover kar ke low flam per cook karein
  5. Jub yougart or lobia ka pani dry ho jaey to garammasala powder dal kar dish out kar ke serve karein
