Instructions to make Cluster beans and lobia fry:
  1. Wash and break the cluster beans into small pieces using hands instead of using knife to chop it. By doing this the side threads of the beans gets removed and the beans will take less time to get cooked.
  2. Wash and soak the lobia for one or two hours.
  3. Pressure cook the lobia by adding sufficient water till it gets soft.
  4. Boil the cluster beans in sufficient water and keep it aside.
  5. In a kadai heat oil and add cumin and mustard seeds. Once they start to crackle add the onions, ginger garlic, green chilli paste. Saute for sometime and add the chopped tomatoes in it. Cook till oil starts to separate.
  6. Add the boiled cluster beans and mix well. Then add the boiled lobia along with the remaining water used to boil the lobia. Cook for few minutes till water gets dried.
