  1. Prepare 250 gm white lobia
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup onion paste
  3. Get 1 cup tomato puree
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic green chilli paste
  5. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder
  7. Get 1 tsp garam masala
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Take 1/2 tsp jeera
  10. Take pinch hing
  11. Prepare to taste salt
  12. Take as needed oil

Instructions to make White Lobia:
  1. Clean and soaked the lobia for 1 hour
  2. Heat oil in a cooker add hing and jeera when splutters add onion paste and saute it.
  3. Now add tomato puree and spices and saute till leave the oil.
  4. Add soaked lobia and water cover the lid.take 3-4 whistles.
  5. Remove the lid and add garam masala.serve with rice and roti
