  2. Take 2-3 green chillies
  3. Take 1 inch ginger
  4. Prepare 1 onion
  5. Prepare 6-7 curry leaves
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  8. Prepare to taste Salt
  9. Prepare pinch Cooking soda
  10. Prepare as needed Oil for frying

Steps to make Lobia Vada:
  1. Soak lobiya for 6-7 hours.
  2. Drain water, in a mixie jar add chillies salt, cummin seeds and ginger and grind into coarsely paste
  3. Now add finely chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves and pinch cooking soda
  4. Mix well, give 5-10 mins rest
  5. Take small ball gently press with your palm and drop into medium hot oil
  6. Fry till golden brown.
  7. Enjoy with chutney of your choice and hot cup of tea
