  2. Get 1 teaspoon oil
  3. Get 1 teaspoon salt
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  5. Get 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  6. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  7. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon garam masala

Steps to make Tasty lobia:
  1. Wash and soak lobia for half an hour
  2. Niw put pressure cooker on medium heat
  3. Add oil
  4. Add cumin seeds
  5. Add soaked lobia beans
  6. Add salt and turmeric powder
  7. Take 3..4 whistles and then cook on sim for 10 minutes
  8. Turn off the flame
  9. Now add chopped tomatoes
  10. Add garam masala powder and chaat masala powder
  11. Mix well
  12. Add lemon juice
  13. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
  14. Keep in kid's tiffin
