  1. Prepare 1 head Escarole
  2. Prepare 1 can Cannellini beans
  3. Get 5 clove Garlic chopped
  4. Get 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  5. Take 1 cup Olive oil
  6. Get 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
  7. Make ready 2 cup Chicken stock
  8. Make ready 1 tsp Salt
  9. Prepare 1 tsp Pepper

Steps to make Escarole And Beans:
  1. Saut? garlic lightly in olive oil. Rinse and drain escarole. Tear and add to garlic, wilt down, about 10 mins
  2. Add stock, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Let simmer covered for half hour.
  3. When completely wilted, add beans . Let simmer for another 15 mins.
  4. Add Parmesan, drizzle a little more olive oil and season to taste.
  5. If you like it soupier, add more stock.

It’s easy to overcome your bad mood when you are eating grains. Barley, millet, quinoa, etc are terrific at helping you feel happier. These foods can help you feel full for longer also, which can help your mood too. Feeling famished can be a real downer! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are easy for your body to digest. You digest them more quickly than other foods which can help increase your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.

Your mood could actually be helped by green tea. You were sure it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea is loaded with a particular amino acid called L-theanine. Research has discovered that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while simultaneously calming the rest of your body. You were already aware that green tea could help you feel so much healthier. Now you know that applies to your mood as well!
