  1. Make ready Boiled laal lobia
  2. Make ready Dalda ghee
  3. Get 1 medium size chopped onion
  4. Make ready 2 medium size tomatoes
  5. Get 1 tablespoon Garlic and Ginger paste
  6. Take salt as per taste
  7. Prepare Red chilli as per taste
  8. Take 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  9. Prepare Green coriande
  10. Get Green chilli
  11. Take Kheera Raita
  12. Take Half chopped onion
  13. Prepare Half cucumber chopped
  14. Make ready Half tomato chopped
  15. Take 1 teaspoon safeed zeera
  16. Make ready Half teaspoon black pepper
  17. Prepare 2 pinch salt

Steps to make Bihari Laal Lobia with Kheera Raita:
  1. Boil laal lobia in pressure cooker for almost 45 minutes.
  2. Fry slice cut onions in dalda ghee until golden brown. Than add garlic ginger paste one tablespoon full.
  3. When garlic ginger paste got brown add 2 finely cut tomatoes.
  4. Add all spices and fry at medium flame with adding little water time by time. When masala got fried well add boiled laal lobia.
  5. Fry it, and add Green coriander and green chilli.
  6. Add required amount of water and turn off the flame when desired consistency achieved. Garnish it with slices of ginger and serve it with fresh salad.
  7. For kheera raita, add 1 teaspoon safeed zeera and half teaspoon of black pepper in half bowl of yogurt.
  8. Than add hand full of boiled laal lobia and finely chopped cucumber, onion, tomato, green coriander in yogurt.
  9. Mix all ingredients well, at the end add 2 pinches of salt.
