  1. Lobia wash Kar ke bhigodein.phr salt add Kar ke boil krlein.
  2. Oil garam Kar ke bayleaf, cloves,zeera or badyan phool ko add krien.
  3. Onion chopped Dal Kar brown hony tak fry krien.
  4. Potatoes add krien.
  5. Chopped garlic add Kar ke fry krien.
  6. Tomatoes or spices add krien.
  7. Water add Kar ke masala bhonnayy tak cook krien.
  8. Lobia add Kar ke mix krien.
  9. Rice add krien
  10. Water add Kar ke gar masala powder shamil kar ke cook krien.
  11. Chawal pakjay Tu dum par rakhdien.
  12. Serve hot with salad.
