  1. Make ready 1 cup white bean soaked 6 hour
  2. Get 1 onion finally chopped
  3. Prepare 1 tomato finally chopped
  4. Prepare 2 green chilli finally chopped
  5. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Take 2 tsp Ajwain/carom seeds
  7. Make ready 1 tsp haldi (Turmeric)Powder
  8. Prepare To taste Salt
  9. Get For tarka
  10. Take 1 tbsp oil
  11. Make ready 1 tsp Hing/asafoetida
  12. Make ready 1 tsp Shahi jeera/cumin seeds
  13. Get 1 lal mirch/red chilli
  14. Get 1 onion finally chopped
  15. Get 1 tbs haldi ( Turmeric)powder
  16. Take 1 tsp lal mirch (red chilli)powder
  17. Take 1 tsp coriander powder
  18. Get 2 tbsp coriander leaves finally chopped

  2. Boil chopped, onion, garlic, tomato, green chilli, salt, haldi powder, ajwayan and red kidney beans in a pressure cooker
  3. Add tomatoes and cook for 10mins On the heat under pressure cooker and prepare tarka.
  4. In a pan heat oil and salute lal mirch, jeera, onions then add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and coriander powder and fry few minutes. Add boil white bean Stir well fer 2 minutes and switch off gas flame.mix the coriander leaves. Our Kashmiri Lobiya is ready.
