  1. Prepare 250 gms Lobiya fali cut small pieces
  2. Prepare 1 cup besan
  3. Get 2 cups dahi/buttermilk
  4. Prepare 1 tsp methi dana
  5. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Take 1 tsp cumin seed
  8. Get 1/4 tsp hing
  9. Make ready 2 pc sabut lal mirch
  10. Make ready 2 glasses water
  11. Take to taste Salt
  12. Prepare 1 tblsp oil
  13. Take few curry leaves

Steps to make Lobiya kadhi:
  1. Take a bowl for making mixture. Take besan, curt,red chilli and termuric powder and mix it well and add 2 glasses of water
  2. Heat the kadhai and pour some oil in it and add methi dana, jeera and put the chopped lobhia and let it cook for 5 mins and then put the besan batter in the kadhai. mix it well and it cook for 25 mins and during it add salt as per our taste.
  3. Take a mini fry pan for tadka. Pour oil in it and add rai,hing, curry leaves and red chilli and break it into 3/4 pieces. And add the tadka in the curry.
  4. Serve it hot with rice.
