  1. Pressure cook soaked Lobiya with little salt. Just 2 whistle will be enough.
  2. Release the pressure and take the lobiya in stariner, so that remaining water get drained..
  3. Finely chop cucumber,carrot,onion,greeen chillies, tomato and add lobiya
  4. Add little salt, chaat masala, dry Mango powder, lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
