  2. Take 1/2 red bell pepper (seeded and thinly sliced)
  3. Get 1/4 small red onion thinly sliced
  4. Get 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  5. Take 2 tbs honey
  6. Get 2 tsp sesame oil
  7. Prepare 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  8. Make ready Salt to taste (approx 1 tsp)
