The ingredients needed to make RAAJ KACHORIšŸ”„ā¤šŸ¤¤:
  1. Prepare 2 cup white chanay(boiled)
  2. Make ready 1 cup lobia(boiled)
  3. Make ready 2 potatoes (boiled)
  4. Take Bundiyan(prepared)
  5. Take 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  6. Prepare 2 tsp salt
  7. Take 1 cup suji
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp maida
  9. Get Water
  10. Take 1 onion
  11. Prepare 1 and half cup yoghurt
  12. Make ready 3 green chillies
  13. Make ready 3 tbsp coriander
  14. Take 1 packet nimko

Flaky Kachori filled with spicy moong daal is a tasty snack recipe. It is a popular Indian street food dish. Serve this crispy kachori with rasedaar aloo, dahi, date tamarind chutney or green chutney. I have used all-purpose flour (maida) to prepare the outer cover of kachori.

Steps to make RAAJ KACHORIšŸ”„ā¤šŸ¤¤:
  1. First boil potatoes,chanay and lobia and place them aside.Take a boil mix potatoes (cube shaped),chanay,lobia,bundiyan, 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 1 tsp salt.
  2. Take 1 onion and chop it…then set aside.
  3. Then take another bowl and add suji,maida and half tsp salt and mix these ingredients altogether..using water form a solid dough..then cover tuis dough using any cloth for 30 minutes..
  4. Then take 3 green chillies,half tsp salt,1 cup yoghurt and 3 tbsp coriander and blend them altogether to form green chutney.
  5. Then use flour and dough to make thin flat circle shaped rotis..
  6. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the rotis by pressing the roti downward and allow it to rise.
  7. After frying these Kachori's put them in an air tight jar.
  8. Now take one kachori add the prepared chutney in it and then the chaat..then repeat the process until the kachori is filled up..then add piyaaz on top,chutney,simple yoghurt,nimko and sprinkle some chaat masala on it..
