  2. Make ready 1 cup Black Eyed Beans or Lobia
  3. Get 1 cup Black Chickpeas or Kala Chana
  4. Get 1 cup Sweet Corn
  5. Take 2 cups Maggi noodles toasted
  6. Get 1/4 cup Walnuts toasted
  7. Get 1 tsp Salt
  8. Get For vinegar dressing
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp Vinegar

Steps to make Maggi and Purple Cabbage Crunchy Salad:
  1. Wash and soak both Lobia and Kala Chana for at least 4 hours. Boil separately using little Salt. Keep aside. Roast Maggi noodles on a low heat with a teaspoon of Oil or Butter. Shred the Cabbage too. In a wide mouthed bowl, add all the ingredients. Make the dressing now. You can use Lemon juice if you wish. Add it to the bowl. Toss well and serve it with toasted Maggi and Walnuts. Enjoy!
