  1. Mix together potatoes and chana add salt red chilli powder amchoor powder garam masala fresh coriander leaves you can add little black salt.
  2. For pani in a mixture jar add coriander leaves mint leaves green chilli and bland to paste add water strain in a bowl add salt roasted cumin powder lemon water red chilli powder and chaat masala
  3. For chutney in a pressure cooker add tamrind jaggery water and give a whistle when cools mash it with a spoon and collected juice keep on flame to cook for five minutes add bit salt and chaat masala
  4. Serve with pani puri
