The ingredients needed to make Sabzi Masala:
  1. Get 125 g peas
  2. Prepare 250 g Cauli flower
  3. Prepare 250 g potato cut in cubes
  4. Take 2 tomoto cut in small cubes
  5. Make ready 50 g lobia soak for 45 mins
  6. Get 200 g Spinach finely chopped
  7. Take 2 onion finely chopped
  8. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp Shan sabzi masala
  10. Prepare 1 Tbsp GG paste
  11. Prepare 3 tbsp dahi
  12. Prepare 1 tsp Red mirch
  13. Prepare 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  14. Make ready Half tsp haldi
  15. Take 1 tbsp sabut zeera
  16. Get 3 tbsp oil

Steps to make Sabzi Masala:
  1. Chop 2 onions and Saute until pink
  2. Add Lehsan adrak and fry for about 1 min and then add lobia fry for about 2 mins,add half cup of water and cover for 15 min on medium low flame.
  3. Add chopped tomato and add all spices and bhunify it until it comes with great colour.
  4. Add potatoes cover and cook until haf done
  5. Now add cauliflower ccok for 5 mins and then cover it
  6. Add peas cook for more 5 minsand then cover it
  7. In last add spinach and give it a great mix,cover and turn off the flame
  8. Your mix sabzi is ready
