The ingredients needed to make Chana chaat:
  1. Make ready 1 cup Chickpeas boiled
  2. Get 2-3 Potato boiled chopped
  3. Take 1/2 cup Lobia boiled
  4. Get 1 Tomato chopped
  5. Get 1 Onion chopped
  6. Take 1 Cucumber(optional, you can add if you like)
  7. Take 2 cup Yogurt
  8. Make ready 1 cup Tamarind chutney
  9. Take 3,4 tbsp Green chutney
  10. Prepare 1 tsp Salt
  11. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  12. Prepare Chaat masala as your taste

I am using kala chana for this recipe. This is a delightfully sweet and tangy snack. Channa Chaat will also make a very enjoyable lunch box meal. Instructions to make Chana chaat:
  1. Take a large bowl add boiled potatoes and chickpeas.
  2. Then add lobia, salt, red chilli powder, tomato, onion, cucumber and chaat masala and mix it well.
  3. Now add yogurt and Tamarind chutney and mix it well
  4. In serving dish add chaat and garnish with yogurt, ghreen chutney and Tamarind chutney and on top sprinkle Chaat masala.
