  5. Now add tomatoes,salt,and dry all spices sauté for a 2-3mins
  6. Then add boiled black eyed peas,pizza sauce,seasoning and mix well
  7. Now add shredded cheese (optional) mix together.Cool this mixture completely
  8. For frankie - Smear olive oil thinly all over the Roti then spread chilli sauce,tomato sauce over the Roti including the edges
