  2. Get Almost half cup plain fulfat yogart
  3. Make ready Handful chopped corriander
  4. Take Spices:salt 1 teaspoon,half tspn tumeric powder,half tspn garlic
  5. Prepare Spice:Some few crushed blackpepper,
  6. Prepare Juice of half a lemon

  1. Place plain yogart in medium small bowl.add half spoon tumeric mix well until nice color from the tumeric,evenly forms in the plain yogart.grate in pickled beet roots,..Then rince,drain chop then add in the corri… herb.mix in other spices combine
