  3. Take 1 Medium onion, chopped finely

Instructions to make Rancho Salsa Relish:
  1. Heat oil in saucepan on medium heat and sauté onions and garlic first for 3 minutes or until translucent
  2. Add tomatoes, peppers, salt and water and stir well.
  3. Cover and simmer for about 7-9 minutes until well meshed. (Stir every couple minutes to prevent sticking).
  4. That’s it! Take pan off heat and let rest for 5 minutes before enjoying.
