  2. Take 150 gms curd
  3. Take 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  6. Make ready 6 green chilli
  7. Take 1/4 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  8. Get 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  9. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon dry roasted jeera dhania powder
  10. Take As needed mustard oil
  11. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  12. Get 1/2 teaspoon Black jeera
  13. Take As needed water
  14. Make ready 2 chopped tomatoes

Steps to make Doi Shorshe Elish:
  1. Wash fish pieces with the water,
  2. Put the fishes in the mixing bowl add the little bit termaric powder,
  3. Add the little red chilli powder, salt, and give it a good mix and keep rest.
  4. Now heat the pan, put oil in the pan fry little all the fish pieces and keep in the bowl
  5. Now take a blender put mustard seeds few green chilli little bit of salt and two tablespoons water blend it make a nice paste and keep aside,
  6. Heat the pan with adding required oil. add the kalo jeera, when it is sprinkles, add the chopped tomatoes keep stir, then add the curd then termaric powder, red chilli powder, green chilli, mix it well
  7. Keep stir add the jeera_ dhania powder, garam masala powder kashmiri red chilli powder when oil evaporates add the salt then water, boil until the gravy is made then add the fish pieces
  8. Next add the blended mustard puree in the pan add the half cup of water mix it then boil for the few minutes,
