Instructions to make Pineapple Relish (Bengal - Anarosh er Chutney):

  2. Add cinnamon and pineapple to the above and also add red chilli powder and raisins.
  3. Cover the saucepan and simmer over low flame and stir occasionally till thr juices if pineapple reduces and caramalizes.
  4. Add sugar and blend in. A noticeable quantity of water will release due to sugar which is normal and reduce this with lid covered till a sticky 2 string consistency reaches.
  5. Take off the flame and serve in a porcelain bowl and bring the relish to room temperature.
