  2. open package of croissants unroll and seperate
  3. grease pan
  4. in a separate bowl combine creamcheese cinamon sugar and vanilla
  5. take mixture and spoon unto the seperated and unrolled crossaints
  6. spoon jam next to the cream cheese mixture
  7. roll filled croissants and pinch sides together to close
  8. brush on egg wash
  9. place in oven at 350°F till golden brown
