  1. Prepare fritters
  2. Make ready 500 grams roughly chop cauliflower
  3. Make ready 1 bunch chop parsley
  4. Take 100 grams garlic cream cheese
  5. Take 120 grams shreded mozzarella chhese
  6. Prepare 4 large eggs
  7. Get 1 lemon zest
  8. Get 1 tbsp salt and pepper
  9. Get 1 olive oil for frying
  10. Make ready relish
  11. Prepare 250 grams roughly chop tomato
  12. Take 1 large dice red pepper
  13. Prepare 1 large dice onion
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp chop garlic
  15. Make ready 1 tbsp grated ginger
  16. Prepare 50 grams brown sugar
  17. Take 2 small dry red cili
  18. Prepare 2 tbsp mustrad seed
  19. Get 50 ml red wine vineger or sherry vineger

Steps to make Cauliflower And Cheese With Bell Pepper Relish:
  1. RELISH,,,,, With little oil sautee onion, red pepper, ginger, garlic and dry chili till fragrant
  2. then add mustard seed , tomato,sugar and vineger and cover pan in low simmer for 30 minute
  3. uncover and simmer for another 5 minute untill sauce is sticky looking off heat and stir in sun dried tomato and set aside
  4. CAILIFLOWER,,,,,,,cook cauliflower for 3 minute then discard water set aside
  5. for batter put flour with salt and pepper with the egg then whisk till smooth
  6. add cheese, lemon zest and parsley mix well the add cauliflower and stir gently
  7. in pan with little oil fry the cheesy batter cauliflower in batches in a round pan for 3 minute each side till. brown
  8. cut cheesy cauliflower into tringle shape and serve hot top with relish
