  1. Get 1 cup milk
  2. Get 1/2 cup water
  3. Get 1/2 tbsp tea
  4. Get 1/2 tbsp sugar
  5. Prepare 3 (4 cloves) elaichi
  6. Make ready 1 clay pot
  7. Prepare 14 tsp grated ginger
  8. Prepare 5-6 tulsi leaves
  9. Get 3 -4 saffron strands

Instructions to make Tandoori chaa:
  1. Boil water in a vessel. Add all ingredients except milk
  2. Let it boil for 3 mins.Add milk and allow it to boil for 3 more mins till colour changes
  3. On another burner heat a clay pot from all the sides.
  4. Place the pot in a broad vessel and pour tea through a strainer into to clay pot.it gives a nice fumes and nice tandoori flavour.
  5. Transfer tea into serving mug or cup.serve it hot
