  1. In a saucepan add water, 2 cardamom, 2 cinnamon 4 cloves, 1/2 inch ginger,5 black pepper, 3/4 tulsi leaves,then boil for 5mints in low medium flame.Then add 1tbsp tea leaves and sugar as per your taste.(you may also use honey or jaggery)
  2. Now boil again 3mints. Then turn off the flame and cover it for 2mints. Then strain it and add few drops of lemon juice, mixed well and served.
